A Pocketful of Books is a small family run initiative, and our subscription book boxes are lovingly curated by educational professionals who are experienced in working with young children, and who also happen to be parents!
One of the inspirations behind our book subscription for kids is that there are just so many amazing children’s books to choose from! We want to encourage young readers to try out new authors and genres and to be inspired to learn more about what they are reading. We also want them to reflect and share, so one of the things we will feature in this blog is book reviews written by kids themselves! We spend a lot of time talking to children about what they read and so we will also share lots of recommendations for great reads for all ages, as well as other fun stuff like craft activities and author interviews. So what more can we say other than watch this space!
