Order Processing

Except as otherwise stated on our website, orders will be processed as soon as possible. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and begin once your order ships. They may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control. Subscription orders are shipped on 15th of each month (or nearest working day), while non-subscription orders are processed in 3 to 5 working days. Delivery times vary according to destination.

Shipping costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your destination, and order weight. Free standard shipping may be available on selected orders or to selected destinations as displayed at checkout.

Customs, taxes and other applicable fees

Orders shipped to destinations outside of the EU may occasionally be subject to sales tax, customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees. Where available, these charges will be calculated and collected at checkout and if so, they will be shown to you before you place your order. If not collected at checkout, any applicable fees that may be charged are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
